Brisbane Writers Festival has just had the unfortunate news that Naomi Wolf has injured her back and does not have medical clearance to travel to Australia.
Unfortunately this means we will be cancelling the event that was to be held on 22 May at Brisbane City Hall.
Every person who had already purchased tickets to the event will be emailed over the next few days and will be refunded by Brisbane Writers Festival. We expect this process to take a few days. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days please contact BWF on 07 3255 0254.
Thank you for your patience with us! We know you'll be disappointed, as are we. However, we are excited about other literary events happening in 2013 and look forward to telling you about the 2013 Festival program in coming months.
